All I can say is it's a bad documentary and depiction of how the trial unfolded. So much ommitted, including historical facts leading up to the case. It paints all of us who watched the trial as mindless and fawning over Depp. As if nobody was truly neutral coming into everything. Also the entirety of social media it paints as only being pro-Depp for ulterior motives such as gaining cash/followers. Any news outlet can be accused of such a thing and it's not really a novel thing to attack. The documentary also gaslights the audience that, yes, indeed "pledging" and "donating" are 100% interchangeable and the same thing. Conveniently hoping you forget Heard denied the latter. Several instances of Heard's lawyers bungling their jobs majorly were left out. A key moment when Amber Heard supposedly explained she hit Johnny to protect her sister, the film conveniently omitted court testimony. At the end, Cooper decided to throw the entire jury from the case under the bus in terms of integrity. This isn't a film for facts and information. It has holes and the goal of manipulation.
