I believe that any entertainment programme which showcases established thorough bred chefs and gives a platform to the newish kids on the block and gives credence and credibility to their efforts is nothing short of admirable. I remember when the great Saint of Norwich,Delia Smith taught us how to cook the perfect egg or when Tom Kerridge guided us through the process of making the perfect triple cooked chips.There is no such thing as perfection and as the late and great chef Keith Floyd stated "I think I will have a little slurp"!!
