Absolutely the worse customer servicevever from Steven at the store at 8600 Vineland rd we had a 12 noon appointment had some food at Friendly's and rushed over there without finishing our food Steven findly asked us why we were here and it was to switch our wifi and 2 phone lines which he said he would be right with us but after he handled 2 walking we started questioning the fact of having a appointment he assured us he would be right with us we were there to them he took another walk in Steven showed us that Verizon rather he did not care about new customers and I know it would take time to sign us up with from another provider but he treated us terribly and we were being as patient as possible he was the only person working no other sales people were there but for new customers it wasn't very welcoming Steven just fifnt want to fo the eork that it takes to transfer new customers over to Verizon beside my wife was giving different information them what he was telling us he said 2 phones and internet service was slot of money actually more then we are paying now but honestly he scared us away along with his terrible customer service made us not feeling Verizon was not the company that cares about the new customers confusing from seeing their ads on TV..wasting their money if people like Steven are the employee that's will help them capture new business
