As a long time Civ player from the early days I am truly devastated at what they have done to a fantastic franchise to this latest abomination of the game. They have taken what worked and completly broken the ethos of the game. I was looking forward to a new civ game and within a few hours of playing this rubbish deleted it. The new mechanics and system are just not enjoyable and whoever thought these were a good idea needs to step away from any future civilization games. Back to Civ 6 for me.
