An interesting premise but as with many recent films wildly overrated.Essentially a little too dreary to be enjoyable-and why oh why must the actors(some of them) whisper and mumble are they doing this to annoy us.The last 15 minutes or so the film slipped into a deep irreversible coma.

Cillian Murphy could get a special Academy award for mumbling-why did he whisper all through the film.Latter third of the film was easily the best section up until then it was somewhat turgid.
