I always felt like Kelly and Ryan were the morning friends you could watch while drinking your coffee. Now it is a struggle to watch the show with Kelly and Mark. It doesn't seem like a show that you would want to wake up to and watch faithfully every day. Although they have great guests to interview, I have watched the show for years and the dynamics appear to be somehow off since Ryan left the show.
