Scotty Drye

This is in many ways definitely one of the finest movies ever made. It portrays the Boy Scout movement in a humorous and yet serious manner. The principle of "Follow me" has been used throughout history, and by no less then Jesus Christ. It is a fundamental leadership and discipleship training maxim. This movie motivated me to become a Boy Scout. I achieved Eagle Scout, served in nearly every youth and adult leadership, and was nominated for West Point largely due to my training in the old Boy Scout program. I put in nearly twenty years as a Scout and Adult leader. It made me the man I am today.
