Would have been best not to make sequel Gladiator II, as original such a classic.
Gladiator had such a great cast, music score and an ending that should have been left at that. But if a sequel had to be made, why did Lucilla have to die after finding her son Lucius, spoilt the film for me, knowing her ultimate fate, also Gracchus. Very sad outcome.
