Bear Trap

I rate this show as a C-. It really wasn't what I expected or wanted. While there was action, there was little comedy. Much of the show is the two main actors alone on the screen talking, talking, talking about their relationship. Very slow and very boring unless you're into that stuff. Both of the leading actors - Donald Glover and Maya Erskine - did good jobs in their role and should be commended for their performances. It's just that the story was not interesting.

Spends too much time promoting LGBTQ relationships which have no relevance to the plot. Turned it off after two episodes.

Canceled my series recording. Too much emphasis on alternative life styles. Don't like the back story. Can see why it's on the bubble with regard to renewal.

I was disappointed. The movie was presented as an artistic endeavor of the director rather than an historic representation of what happened. I found the switching between the 40's and the government's discreditation of his work to be disconcerting.
