This is a well-researched history, a personal memoir and a fun read. I had the pleasure of sharing some of the fun times there in the 70s and early 80s, before it turned grim and ugly. 'NC' in the 70s was a little bit of heaven, and for a brief while, a sort of microcosm of life as it should be.
