In my opinion this is one of the finest books I have ever read. I have been reading self help books and found that most of those just roam around the bush when it comes to concrete sollutions. Usually they start with very relatable scenarios making us curious to deep dive and makes the book engaging but as the chapter comes to conclusion and the reader starts to ponder for solution they either give us a simple yet Complex 2 line answer or otherwise sollutions are hidden in an example of someone who went through somewhat same scenario and outperformed. I personally don't like that kind of books that just for the sake of readers engagement keep discussing the problem. I have read other books that I will sort of never recommend others to read but this one right here has helped me overcome my depression and live better and fulfilled life. I have quit much of laziness and social media addiction. Now I closely take care of the content I comsume, I prefer education and little of fun content over addictive and dissatisfieng reels and shorts. All the while I read other books I constantly kept in mind the next self help book I was about to read but after reading this books I no longer feel the need to go for any other book this is sufficient in itself. Other self books were like motivation and had a short term effect but this one works to make you independent to deal with your problems on your own and it feels awsm that you no longer have to keep going back to a book whenever you feel a litte off too often. I no longer feel the need to re read all those self help books that I always planned to. This will be my go to book whenever I feel way too off from life.
