I love this programme, it is unassuming and practical. Tonight Carol and George were testing peatfree compost. I was surprised that they did not even mention compost made from wool and bracken. These materials are available in the UK and are extremely cheap to obtain. I know that the NTS is trying out this form of compost and would love to know how it compares with other peatfree compost. Is there any reason this compost was not included in the trials?
