So overall the game it’s OK since about two months ago my partners account has been banned somehow from playing call of duty black ops four unless it’s off-line he has PlayStation plus . It gives him an error code every time he tries to login we’ve contacted PlayStation and Activision and nobody wants to give us answers as to why he’s not allowed on their servers. We’ve done everything they asked. We rebuild the database put it into safe mode contacted our Internet provider make sure were over 5 GB per second on our upload speed which we were well above; we erased the cache Restart our modem restart our router and nothing seems to work we bought a $70 game and he can’t even play it but they take his money for PlayStation plus every Month and its the only game he likes to play can anybody give us any answers as to how we can fix this????
