Good story and we'll acted by lead, however not sure if the lab scenes with the female scientist are a spoof as the acting is the worst I've seen, wooden.

Mel Brooks at his best Gene Wilder's best and most silly performance. The writing is near perfect, though a little dated with some of the gags. However, my favourite part in the film is the Abby Normal skit to discribe the monster"s brain. Hilarious! A must see for any Brooks and Wilder fans. Look out for Putting on the Ritz dance sequence, you will cry with laughter.
