Other than Pike and maybe Chapel, I am not loving the casting of most other characters. The interplay of Chris Pine, Quinton, Zoe Soldana, Karl Urban and even Pegg were really hitting the mark for me. I have always been a huge fan of Star Trek but so far this is not grabbing me yet. Btw, how does Uhura fit in now? Is it her mother, because she would've been ancient by JT Kirk would've shown up, no? Anyway I'll try the next episode and hopefully I will engage.
