As a movie that's based on a novel which is a masterpiece by itself it really went beyond my expectations,personally i find the screenplay ,the scenery,the music bizarrely nostalgic,While some people might find the movie "slow paced" or "boring" others may find it thrilling in conclusion: it's a movie that's not for everyone but depending on who you are you might rewatch it a few times.
Nonetheless takashi miike outdone himself,again.
