The sound effects alone are worth the ticket price, but the film itself is total garbage. One of the most important humans in history who rallied a nation is portrayed as an autistic weirdo while the film focuses disproportionately on Napoleon’s relationship with Josephine at the expense of failing to portray huge chunks of world altering history. A movie with so much potential destroyed by bad writing and bad editing.
