Why was either one of them hired for this show. We all know, because they are attractive. Jess has 0 paranormal skills. She is not a medium, not psychic nor is she a sensitive. Phill wonders around like he is in to unconscious. He claims to be scientic, but she runs the show. He has no idea what is happening. We can say; she is no Amy Allen, and he is absolutely no Forrest Galante. Josh just sits around getting fatter
