I typically never feel inclined to write reviews about books, but after finishing this one I am so disappointed. I have been waiting for a year for the release, super happy with the series so far. But this ending (don’t worry, I won’t spoil anything) was so bad I don’t want to recommend the series to others. It’s such a shame as I loved the books until now, but the way she chose to end the series felt like there was no character development and was so frustrating to read. The books felt like they led no where and I’m forced to imagine a different ending in my head to justify the hours I spent reading the books.
