Really enjoyed both series. I re-watched series 1 before heading into series 2. This latest series required so much heavy lifting from Parminder Nagra and her fellow actors! DI Ray battling on so many fronts and succeeding. Hard not to reflect big time on the experience of Black and Brown officers in the police service who clearly still endure racism, sexism and prejudice. Hoping DI Ray will return.

I enjoyed it! Well worth the watch.

Strong performances and direction but overall I found the dialogue ran ahead of the subtitles so it was hard to keep up with the detail, which took something away from the enjoyment.

Self-discovery, compassion, life and friendship. A beautifully crafted film which speaks to all of us about love, learning and kindness. With a fab, sweary script and a wonderful soundtrack. Bravo the team. I loved it 💕

Sometimes drama exists to show you what a first rate production is. Excellent cast (with some miscasting ... Joanna Lumley?) let down by VERY poor script.
