As a black man, I think The Morning Show season 3 throws television back to the Archie Bunker era. In “white noise” calling a black woman “aunt jemima” and then stating she should be “grateful” for the job is at best ignorant and retrograde and at worse racist. And as if it couldn’t get any more insulting and debased, in ep 4 two white men make an Asian waitress lick a table while encouraged to do so by another Asian woman. Who is writing these episode: David Duke or proud boy members? I was looking forward to this season. Now I’m thinking of canceling my apple subscription.
