I'm not sure why this show was only on for one season. I had never heard of it before but I saw it on Decadestv. It is a pretty good and interesting show with an interesting premise and a well-written script. I also like the relationship between the main characters played by Lou Gossett as Matthew's mentor and Peter Barton. I also like that the show presents a Black man in a positive and intelligent light. It was well ahead of its time in that aspect.

It is a treat to see the great Afro Puerto Rican, actor Juano Hernandez as Wesley Park in this interesting noir movie.

I love this show, both the classic horror thrillers as well as his jokes. I watch Svengoolie every Saturday on a local channel.
