I really loved the concept of this movie. What I found disappointing however is the transition from Orion's story to Hypatia's story. Personally, it felt rushed when it got to the 1 hour mark of the movie. You get these wholesome scenes of Orion and Dark's growing friendship but the heartbreaking part of the scene is quickly replaced with confusion when it moves on to Hypatia's story. It's, again, really disappointing when we realise we never did get the ending to the first story.
