I enjoyed season 1, especially the acting by Baran, the grandmother and Chihan. Dilan is far too childish and her facial expressions are ridiculous and unnecessary, She would be best suited for teenage series. However after season one the producers dragged out events and scenes to the point of boredom, loved Gul and Firat in the second series, harun and Yasmin as flat as Ali and Zumrut from the first season, in my opinion 100 episodes too many

It’s a fantastic series, I deducted a star because the scenes with Zumrutt and Ali are downright boring with very poor acting, amidst the intrigue and chaos with Baran and Dilan.

As an ardent movie and series watcher , Etuģrul is by far the best on screen watch I have ever seen. It is based on true events and has an amazing
storyline, plots and twists, it has a complete cast of incredible and amazing acting talent. The characters have so much depth and vested interest in their roles. It will probably take 2 years to finish the series but trust me it is a must see and is a highly incredible masterpiece of entertainment.
