How dare other reviewers spoil this movie here. Anyone dissatisfied with this movie is either shallow or can't break free from the seemingly endless pipeline of slop we get nowadays. This movie flips the script on how supernatural horror works in film. There's a decent amount of gore. The acting was genuine, the character's actions are FOR ONCE believable. If you're one to scream internally (or externally sometimes lol) while watching horror films for a character to make the right choice only for them to make the dumbest decisions, you will feel so fulfilled by this movie. It's very aligned with the movie "Sinister" with it's effects. It's a wonderful Rollercoaster of Emotions. It's worth the watch.
