The "smart" and smarmy quirky woman with blue nail polish dragging her baby around and dumping the baby at the police station, along with the cutesy "eccentric" kids at home got on my nerves, along with the popping noise music in the background. What is that about? I couldn't get through one episode. And the title? High Potential? Sounds like a stuffy classroom show and forced.
