Interesting story overall. I just hate how in a lot of these kind of documentaries, the police seem so incompetent. I know that it’s possible the show may have dramatized and/or dragged out the events to fill time, but I feel like there were so many points where it was painfully obvious what the investigators could’ve done to solve the case WAY sooner. The first thing I said was “why haven’t they tracked the IP address?”. They did eventually, but not until many years later.
