I found this book to be thoroughly researched and well-presented, its overview and points concise and clear without relying on hyperbole or a false sense of 'moral panic'. With that said, what the book presents is troubling in every single regard, demonstrating that sex abuses by police are constant, profligate, wide-spread, and so routinely covered up by the 'good' cops that the entire structure of law enforcement is rotted through root to branch. Read it.
