I enjoyed the film and did not find it trudging. I didn't know of the history regarding the leaking of atomic secrets to the Russians. So although inspired by an actual case (Melwood) loosely ..the film's addition of the influencing boyfriend made the political/ emotional/ ethical very interesting.
