The most ridiculous part of the drama is that the sick person is not informed about her illness, but her friend is. I understand the friend is a doctor, etc. But how can the doctor not tell the patient first? The friend is A doctor, not HER doctor! Is not there something like HIPAA there? I know it's a plot armor, but it's ridiculous.

It was a beautiful. Its a harrowing story and you kind of know this is going to end badly. But it's so poetic. Sadness is sometimes so beautiful. I also felt so bad for the wife. The actress (portraying the wife, Park Seon-im, I think) did a marvelous job. Shin Hae Sun (Sim-deok) is phenomenal but we kind of expect that from her. Lee Jong-suk was ok. But one weird thing was she (Sim-deok) didn't look poor at all. I loved her dresses.
