What was the point of this movie? Absolutely no answers to any questions, no actual storyline, no closure... Absolutely no information at all... The monsters did random bizarre things that made no sense. They're strong! They're weak! Their arms stretch? Sometimes they all clump together and roll around like a giant wheel but made out of monsters. And sometimes they snap their jaws at a super fast rate. But it never seems to hurt anyone. WTF? The look of the monsters was alright (besides sorta low quality CGI), bc it was unique, but would have been cooler if I knew what the hell they were or where they came from… Nick Cage is unconscious for most of the movie. Then he dramatically wakes up and basically kills himself. It wasn’t ALL terrible, the acting was actually pretty decent and it was suspenseful and interesting in a couple parts. But it was all combined into a random assortment of scenes that ultimately led to nothing. Overall it's a tragic disappointment.

I think this is the worst seriously made movie I’ve ever seen. I hated it. It’s supposed to be a comedy but every attempt at a joke was uncomfortable and unfunny. Would never recommend to anyone.
