I like the "westernized" version after watching some of the Chinese version. The characters in this version are far more interesting and relatable. I didn't find the acting or writing to be sub-par as others have said. Not everything has to be frickin Shakespeare. For once, just enjoy a good story and characters without being a judgemental snob.
