A lot of the agents are not half as smart as they think they are in this show. Agent Phillips from us cbp is a good example of that. He is racist and always seconds guesses anyone with color to their skin. Because he has a feeling about them. Yet for the majority of the time his feelings are wrong on the show. 85 per cent of the time his feelings are wrong and yet us cbp keeps people like him. Makes you wonder how many are racist individuals are working within the us cbp.
