You are going to be so "refreshed" once you're done reading this book. "Coach Rod" is also on YouTube giving you weekly advice. I've learned a lot. He keeps it practical, candid, and truthful. Get your copy. You'll be glad you did!

I just finished reading this book the other night. The author "hits the nail on the head", and tells it like it is. An easy read, and a MUST read. I truly enjoyed it and the exercises helps you.
