omg what a RIDE! This drama was so well done, I honestly was speechless. The production quality, plot, acting, pacing, everything just seemed perfect. I began this drama after watching an edit on youtube and the relationship between Hwi and Seon-ho seemed to intriguing to pass up. I ended up binge-watching and just wow, what a drama. Not only does it have layers of character depth which was portrayed superbly by the actors (especially Jang Hyuk), but the pacing is consistent, I never got bored. Personally, I think the romance was unnecessary but it /is/ a kdrama, so I wasn't surprised by the inclusion. Either way, the friendship between Hwi and Seon-ho was enough for me and their trials and trueness to each other made me cry my heart out. So heartfelt and tragic, I'm honestly glad the ending was the way it was. Definitely recommend this drama, 10/10 for everything.

Truly the best drama out there. It's my personal favorite out of the Reply series. People might say it's too slow and the characters are annoying but the main part of this drama is the development. You learn so many life lessons along the way and it teaches you how to cherish and notice the little things. It has a nostalgic charm tied into a perfect balance of humor, wit, sorrow, and joy. I always come back to it because you can never get over something this good. 10/10 will always recommend and rewatch.

Absolutely perfect from beginning to end! Just the perfect blend of light humor and true sorrow, all in a well-paced storyline. The chemistry and acting between the two leads was superb and nearly everyone in the drama was spectacular. Would recommend watching 10/10!

The overhype surrounding the drama made me reluctant to try it, but I must say that it was absolutely worth it. The cinematography, the acting, the graphics, it was all perfect. After reading the novel and manga, I realized there was no better person to take on the role of Wei Wu Xian than Xiao Zhan. He was exactly how I imagined the main character to be and did a phenomenal job of executing the role. In fact, I would watch it just for his portrayal of the character. Every actor played their character incredibly and the storyline is too good to stop watching. A quick warning though: keep in mind that the flashback is incredibly long so please be patient, it will be worth the wait. Overall, it was an amazing roller coaster of a drama; mixed with intense sorrow, exhilarating action, and uplifting humor, it was very, very well done. 10/10 would watch again (especially since it set the standard so high for my next cdrama endeavors)!

*Minor Spoilers* I'm gonna be honest: I was quite excited after watching the trailer and seeing the cast but the movie didn't live up to my expectation. While the production and casting were incredible, the plot itself was lacking. The first twenty, thirty minutes of the plot was an incredible buildup. I felt the thrill and tension of the heist grow but from then on, things began to drop. From this point on, the friends started getting chased by a certain individual. This man plays a horrific cat and mouse chase with the friends but here's when the storyline gets tricky. There's no real plot from this point on, just a thrilling chase sequence that gets stretched for half the movie. While this may be exciting for some, I could only keep interest for so long, especially considering their chaser has no clear motive or personality. The lack of development with the antagonist left me highly disappointed, especially since the friend group had clear goals. Hoping the conclusion would at least bring some closure, it only left me more confused. So overall, while the plot was nothing special, bland if anything, the acting was superb. This cast certainly did not let down. Their nuances and expressions held the film together. Not worth a watch in my opinion, unless your willing to spend two hours watching a grueling chase sequence.

Wow. That was probably one of the best movies I've seen in a while. Definitely worth the two hours. I enjoyed this movie thoroughly for a couple reasons. One, the plot was wonderful. Both the pacing and the storyline were definitely enjoyable and hilarious. It moves quickly, but still balances the story properly. Plus, the ending is so wholesome. Two, the acting is PHENOMENAL. Jinyoung and Park Sung-woong did a spectacular job. Jinyoung's mannerisms were on point and Sung-woong really pulled off the shy high school kid. I would watch just for this. Three, the humor is absolutely off the charts. Scenes are so wholesome yet funny. Jinyoung really pulled this role off incredibly. Overall, definitely worth at least one watch. 10/10, no doubts.
