Okay. This was the best horror movie I’ve seen in a long time. It’s so original! I did not expect any of it. And the monster in this movie is so different than any other. It’s very unsettling, which makes it 10x better. They really did a good job at describing and acting out how the main character was feeling. I had to close my eyes and ears because of how scary the jump scares were. At the end it’s almost like they teased you, they knew what ending you probably wanted and expected, but they chose to tease you and take a whole different path for the ending. I did not like the ending, it was extremely unsettling. But at the same time it was so unexpected and full of mysteries that I also loved it. I really recommend it! If you are sensitive to flashing lights, gore, and jump scares then I don’t recommend. I wish I could give it much more than 5 stars.
