The first season is absolutely amazing except for the sunglasses? It’s building the characters for a second season. Stop trying to compare shows to real life. They’re shows for a reason. This isn’t conversations with a killer: John Wayne Gasy. This is a time when docile women were timid and silent, and if anyone was going to watch a show about it, needed to be modernized. She was 16 when she was married, so for anyone saying she acted like a child, she WAS a child.
