Getting furniture is a joke. Have been playing this game since December, and am still not able to complete one furniture set. I have spent days time jumping daily, time jumping multiple days, and Nook's Cranny keeps giving me the same furniture. Trees drop the same furniture. Also, when I purchase at Nook's sometimes they steal my money, and do not give me my purchased items. You can not get rid of the islanders you want, it is random, and they never want to leave. Poor game play, although graphics are nice. Need better way to make your character more accurate in digging, etc. I do not see how someone can play this long term. The islanders are worthless, they do not help build up the island, and it waste too much time to interact with them, when you are trying to improve your island. I purchased this for my daughter, but it is too daunting for her, so I started to help her, and now I see why, this game is so frustrating. You cannot customize purchased items. Without time jumping you cannot get anywhere, unless you spend real money online to purchase items you won't. Come on Nintendo 4 months of play and still I cannot get white bathroom furniture. Multiplayer it terrible. The second player is just really following the main player around, and has very limited playability.
