As a mom this made me extremely sad. My baby is 7 months and Id hate for anything bad to happen to her. As a parent all you can do is love them as much as you can every single day and show them that love. Grieve and mourn together as a couple I cannot imagine the pain and Id never want to but please please seek help and not distance yourself from your partner be each others rock/ mess but together.
