After reading a few of these reviews, I realized that some people don’t know that this is all staged. The litigants are all actors. The witnesses are actors. Marilyn Milian is reading from a script. I find it laughable that people are making comments about these cases when they’re nothing but made up cases by writers. Nothing is real on this show, including the set that looks like a half finished project From IKEA. The reason none of the old regulars are on the show is because they all found it ethically objectionable. Why would Harvey want to talk with the outside audience about something that is totally scripted? They don’t need a real court clerk, because this is not a real court show. I lost all respect for Marilyn Milian, because of her incredibly bad decision to agree to do a scripted court show.
