Future Soldier

Alright I know it’s been a while, but there is a but. After watching the show, then the first Japan movies, then this. It’s honestly a shame. Americanizing the film was the worst decision. Light is a loner, they made L an African American, and the girlfriend is the “true” bad guy. A whole lot of planning was involved and none of it must have been used. One of the main grabbers is that there is no good guy or bad guy. It’s a question of morality and a battle of cunningness. The only good part was ryuk’s casting.
