One thing is that the author copied so many sentences from various other fantasy novels.
The prologue itself bears striking resemblance to that of Best Served Cold by Joe Abercrombie.

It's an overrated book in my opinion. The first one was better, too much adult content compared to the first one and some of the Intercourse scenes are entirely pointless.
