I read and watched many stories about Anne frank. It seems like a lot of people in the reviews have no idea of Anne’s REAL character behind the glitz and Hollywood. Anne really was a meanie and a bit of a troublemaker . Always into it with her mother, sister, teachers . In the annex , she stole Peter away from her sister Margo . In her diary, she did in fact talk about women’s body and how one day she will get breast of her own. She had a sleep over with friends and even touched one of their breast ( sorry to break it to y’all ) This movie did a great job of showing and highlighting Hanna’s perspective of what was going on in Amsterdam during WW2 and her friendship with Anne. I like Hanna but I hate she chose Anne over her family. Weird and annoying but hey , maybe she was trying to make up for screaming at her the last time she seen her. Anne did mention Hanna a few times in her dairy and not only that Hanna was featured in other movies starring Anne Frank. This movie must’ve had the unedited version of Anne dairy lol
