Ridiculous religious propaganda

Disappointed I wasted 8hrs on this

Disappointed with storyline. Thought it would be interesting commentary about the robot learning better morals from nature than it's human programming, and although there were elements of that, it just ended up as a muddled and boring story about getting a baby goose to fly. I haven't read the books but a lot of reviewers that have say the film strayed far from their original premise. I wasn't expecting talking animals either, and the evil corporation forcing the robot back and them not using what it learnt as a way to better humanity, again seemed like lost potential. The animation style was nice, like anime backgrounds look more like paintings..but story wise it was bland and saccharin. I lost interest many times throughout the film. Recommend you only watch it for free!

Really bad editing! Just because 3 people say the same fact, doesn't mean we need to see each of them saying it! They could have filled half of the 43mins per episode with all the additional and more interesting facts I easily found online! Also repeatedly showed the same tiny clips of police cams, that again I found longer clips online which showed really pertinent stuff. They also used a lot of 'experts' who weren't even involved in the cases, just reviewing all the same 'files'. Such a pity, as these cases were as compelling as they were tragic, and the victims and families deserved better.

Have no clue what it's supposed to be about as storyline and characters are all over the place. It's visually stunning at times, yet overwhelmingly grotesque at others. Such a pity. Seems like a wishy-washy version of Spirited Away..without the spirit. Maybe children will like it, but suggest parents watch it first to check it's not just nightmare fodder.

I liked it.. good visuals and story.. like a cross between star wars and fifth element

Thought this would be really good as the cast are all great actors, but even the beautiful English houses and countryside couldn't make up for an incredibly thin plot and unrealistic script. Everyone is so polite that there's no drama of any kind! Very dull indeed..pity
