The killer being raped adds what to the show? If the killer was male, do we think we’d have seen him forced to have sex with his superior? Of course not. Stopped watching after that episode, sexual violence for literally zero reason is a really disturbing and unnecessary addition. The two main characters are two strong women, so obviously the writers needed to make sure one of them is violated by a man to remind the world that women aren’t actually strong?
