This show is exactly as it is described. To those who waste their time complaining about the inaccuracies, clearly didn’t see the multiple times the show has said it isn’t 100% truth. Personally, I find that fine. Gives you room for imagination and room to Google more if interested. Yes, the language and sex scenes can be too much for some people; dependent on taste, but I doubt any of us truly knew how the 1800s in Russia truly were when it came to sex. I like the show a lot, and I can’t wait to finish off the first season and hope for a second! I’m okay with it not all being based on facts because if I was curious I can always look more of it up and see for myself. I appreciate the writers, etc. who put this together because pieces like this are harder than it looks, there is a lot of work that is done to put together anything for entertainment purposes. A+ in my book!
