Earthspark is a nice change of pace from the original plot of the Transformers. It has action, comedy, heartfelt family moments, and it tackles issues that are seen in our modern day world. This show works as a great introduction for younger viewers into the world of the Transformers and requires no prior knowledge of the series. The best thing about it though has to be that it can be enjoyed by both older and younger folks as well.
