It's time to drop the "season" mechanic. I played it in D3, got sick of it there too. Of course, people say "if you don't like seasons, don't play D4." That's actually what I've been doing with much success, thank you! Lost Ark is great and gives that MMO vibe without making me abandon my character in the trash bin realm.
