In short, it's a boring, over-talkative movie where you hope to have an "AHA" moment where everything comes together and you're blown away Instead you find yourself sitting in a theater with the lights on confused and slightly annoyed that you're not getting those 3 hours of your life back.
(I usually love Nolans' movies so this has been a real shame to me. I'm also incredibly tired of seeing everyone praise this boring style of film.)
