I am very surprised regarding the hygiene levels in this program. I am currently watching Tony Singh preparing samosas. He has two rings on one hand and one ring on the other, a watch and a bracelet. The risk of cross infection is extremely high and he should be adapting the policy ‘bare below the elbow’. The lack of hygiene is a regular occurrence with chefs on this program.
It is now several weeks since I wrote the above review but nothing has changed. It is now pretty obvious that the producers of the programme have no cause to worry about culinarily hygiene, send in the food hygiene inspectors.
